In my experience (while limited), Asian supermarkets have the most enormous produce I've ever seen. The pudding/yogurt looks flan-esque. Try anything yet?
You are correct about the pudding. Just like flan, maybe a little looser texture, with the caramelized sugar at the bottom. I guess the proper question to ask is, why are North American fruits so small?
